Shipping & Exchanges
Paxton Avery & Co. ships domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail & UPS. All orders are shipped from California.
All orders placed will ship within 3 to 5 days, not including weekends and holidays. USPS may take 7 to 10 days for delivery.
* Note: Due to the current circumstances with COVID-19, processing and shipping may be delayed.
Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.
Please ensure you have entered your shipping address correctly. We cannot make changes once the order is placed and this may delay your order or cause it to ship to the incorrect address, in which case you will be responsible for both the return shipping fees and the new shipping fees to re-ship the order to your correct address.
**PLEASE NOTE** WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the USPS carrier regarding your package.
We hope that you love your purchases from Paxton Avery & Co. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of your receipt of purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you and is good for 90 days. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are Final Sale.
(Welcome codes do not apply and are eligible for return).
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items that are marked “Final Sale” on the website
- Hair Accessories
- Bodysuits + Bralettes + Intimates
Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, swimwear and athletic wear. If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, dog/cat hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at email@example.com and forward photos of any damage.
One thing to keep in mind is that our styles & sizes sell out fast so we cannot guarantee another size and/or color of a specific item.
